• Secure AI Utilization & IP Protection: BuildMyAuthor may utilize specialized, enterprise-grade AI frameworks and automated analysis tools to enhance campaign performance, accelerate strategy execution, and conduct market positioning audits. We strictly ensure that all AI tools operated by our team use secure, commercial-tier environments equipped with Zero-Data-Retention policies. Your raw manuscript text, plot outlines, and personal brand assets are never exposed to public generative models or used to train third-party foundation algorithms.
• Encrypted Cloud Infrastructure: All client materials are processed and stored within encrypted, enterprise-grade cloud environments protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access logging, and restricted sharing permissions to prevent unauthorized file movement.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing & Processors

BuildMyAuthor does not sell, rent, or trade personal data or creative work to third parties. Data is shared strictly on a confidential basis with trusted service providers essential to our business operations:
